Did you read my message about this topic? I tremble at the thought of Codex. I said, I believe we should have as many ways as possible to combat disease and maintain good health. We should vigilantly oppose Codex at every point. It would be a huge tragedy if supplements were banned.. I do endorse a "You are what you eat" worldview though. Using as many raw foods, teas, and juicing, vinegars, and oils as I believe the body absorbs these more quickly but I still wanted to post this site to show how others view this topic.
