Sorry, Ive been there with rude bosses.

I think when you have relaxed a little, organise your thoughts and then let your boss know, that the delivery man dropped the juice and he should hav dealt with that. And you had no time to do that with customers coming in.
Make sure you get it all written out, and God willing another better job, who deserves your altruism is around the corner.
