Ah, how well I remember the hospital food offerings, and many of the hospital staff people honestly believe they are serving a healthy diet. Dietitians create the hospital diets, and they strictly follow the SAD.

I just wanted to congratulate you on your choices, and offer you encouragement. The approach you've chosen should be very healing for your liver!
