We have learnt from Dr. Estia 3 main sentences:
1) Your mind re-creates your world
1a) With your thaught you create your world
2) A word that you pronaunce = the world that you create for yourself
3)The color you choose attructs your lives' eventse

It sound better in Hebrew.
She ment that we are living in vibrational creation therefore whatever vibration we use in our daylife no matter if it is color or thought form or a world, all of it attructs to us a like vibration and therefore the reality we live through is the results of the 3 sentences.

She also said that we can change it if we, at a same time, change consciously the essence of the 3 sentences.
