Questions are welcome. My diet is organic fruits, veggies and meats. It's fairly clean but I'm no fanatic. I'll eat a burger, fries etc on occasion. I may even have a scoop of black raspberry choc. chip if the mood hits me. Meats are mostly poultry but I love an occasional steak. I juice almost every day in the morning. I am not on any meds. I take some supplements but I'm not a supplement overuser. I take B2, NAC, Selenium, BetaGlucans and that's about it. I dump a spoonful of C in my juice occasionally but not all the time.
I also exercise but not fanatically. I like to bike and run as well as engage in competitive sports (basketball, raquetball mostly). I have my bouts with the gym but currently I'm taking time off from the gym.
