Well... the lecture was good because I got a great goodie bag. The book is excellent 'Power Aging'. I wasn't as impressed with Gary's talk but probably because I listen to his shows already. Vitamin Shoppe sponsored the whole thing which was nice of them. They have my favorite meal bars (Greens Plus) at the cheapest price and I need some other things too so I'm going to use the $10 coupon I got in the bag soon.

When my sister and I got home, she went upstairs and called me upstairs. She began to wag her finger in my face and nag me (the way my mom does) about leaving my stuff all over ground. I was in a rush this afternoon in order to get to work on time. I didn't that %¤#&!§-so of course I left the house angry, already fueled by PMS and went and had a BK cheeseburger :(

Anyway, I'm off to bed. I have to sleep and tomorrow will be different.
