I've seen your title but untill today I was not aware of the process Q/A within an article of a blog, this is why I did not reply to you prior to this day.

In away, to my approach, if a person will arrange every tiny issue in the morning also it may give a sense of confident it may also prevent flexibility and thus the optional gifts of sudden event may not be able to manifest itself.

On the other hand, practicing the method you mention could be a great way to learn to face the need to come to a decision and to be aware of it instead of becomming lost in the world of mus assureness.
