I have done several bowel cleanses. Check the forum and clik on all the messages from Zule
The last two BC have been very sucsesful. I took Blessed Herbs Colon cleanse.

I have done liver flushes with my own adaptation of Andrea's Moritz Liver flushes ( don ot have colonics but series of deep enemas).

I recommend to buy his book the Amazing liver cleanse if you want more information about proper diet, cleanses and balancing the body.

I am sure that by imrpving your diet and cleansig you will be fine very soon.
