And thanks for the wonderful compliments on my blog (Raw Harmony, Raw Success, Raw Weight Loss)!

I live in a small apartment with a (very) small area outside my door that I could grow something. And maybe with some rearranging of my front room, which has a South window, I could nourish some indoor plants as well. Thanks for all the inspiration!

And yes, the Flagship Whole Foods I live near is in Austin, Texas --actually on the west end of the downtown Austin area. I am SO THRILLED that they have a RAW DELI...!!! If it does well, we can expect raw delis popping up at Whole Foods Markets all over in time.

A couple times this week on my walk I noticed a man pushing a little old-fashioned type ice cream vendor cart through the neighborhood, it's little bells ringing, and was thinking how cool it would be to see a similar idea using a non-freezing unit that holds various raw treats. Or how about the vendors at outdoor concerts and events selling raw treats?! Little tubs of raw veggie dips and choices of different veggies to dip, such as carrot sticks, celery, etc. would be so handy!

Oh, but to live in a space where there were growing fruit trees and a vegetable garden, what a dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!
