When I’m healing, a little way into the session, I start to feel energy flowing.

A little while later, it stops flowing. But the healing hasn’t stopped.

I’ve reached a place where energy stops “doing” and starts “being”.

A place where energy doesn’t flow. It simply is.

This is also the place where I simply am.

In this place, I know that “who I am”, never changes. “I” never change.

How could I change? In this place, time stands still. There is no movement of time. And change can only take place when time is moving.

To put it another way, time has a limited existence. It exists in some “states of being” or “places” but not others.

And I exist everywhere, including those places where time does not.

What about my body, my mind? Surely they change?

Yes, they do. But they are not who I am.

They are simply expressions of who I am.

The only things about me that change, are the ways I express myself.

And who am I?

I am God.

And who is God?

God is love.

And what is love?

Love is all there is. And love is everything there is.

Love is the flower in my hand, love is the tears running down my face, love is the bruise on my little toe.

My body is me expressing myself. My body is an expression of love.

My mind is me expressing myself. My mind is an expression of love.

Every day, I look for ways to express myself more. Ways for my body and mind to express more of who I am. And that is love.

And so it is.
