Industrial agriculture is most definitely "where we have introduced many of our health problems"! I'm reasonably confident that understanding the truth of this can support people's incentive to make new choices - including ways to reduce as much as possible "all the Petro used in agriculture production." People will also need to understand how the USDA's "organic" label has been severely compromised and find ways to access the "real organic" foods!
