My husband works for 911... I wonder if the incidence of 911 services abuse has increased with the use of smartphones. Smart phones aren't all that smart if the user is a d*mba** and I nearly hit a few people on the way home from work last night on their smart phones.

I am the first person to admit I love my smart phone. But I know that the most enduring technology is a book and an open mind.
