Great information on enemas
I have started doing enemas from November last year so very early into it. I came across your website looking for information on Emma's. I did an enema about two weeks ago and it made me feel sick. My stomach is bloated and sensitive
I did a water enema as this is what I always do, as I was told just plain water will be fine for doing enenmas.
Can you please advice because my stomach is still bloated and sensitive after two weeks
