The Brazilian people called Zoe have added a very similar chin piece.
Perhaps its from Egyptian/Kemetian incursions into their area long ago spoken of by Zitchin ect
Looks like a chin beard to me. If Ramases couldnt grow one then his chin piece may be an attempt to replicate previous personages with different dna who had the facial hair ability to grow such.
