Comes at the right time...alwas preferred going to sleep very late, but the last week(s) it got really out of hand.
It's not involutary just a preference I guess, anyway changing my rythm now maybe this scr1pt helps.

Thanks for this and the other scirpts, will try the new and updated ones over the next days.
