If you're feeling tired before you're done with Bikram classes, buy a coconut from wholefoods, they will open it for you or sell them already open.
Drink that instead of water.
You'll absorb it faster and it has electrolytes.
They use coconut water as IV fluid inn some third world countries, that was published in American Journal of Medicine many years ago so it's good stuff.
