I have used Vitamin C in the past with excellent results, but I have found I have to switch things up as they seem to become immune to whatever it is I take for awhile. I was just thinking it was time for some mega vitamin C now. Your message has just confirmed it for me. Thank you so much for the info! Sometimes we have to be reminded of what we already know yet seem to forget. The die off was truly astounding with vitamin C. I shall start right now :)
