Hi I am a 44 year old gal in south Texas . I'm going through the same think .ive weighed 135 to 140 most of my adult life but in the last year gained a out 40 lbs and it has ruined my life I lost all my confidence so I started a long water fast today as well we can be of support to each other if you would like .
