Great even though im reading it 4 years later. This same exact problem is at my door now. I have terrible muscle and joint pain in the morning. Now not only am i fighting the chronic pain that caused all of this but the withdrawl pain too. I thought i could hold off taking more morphine but i cant and i give in and take the breakthru dose i have. I work everyday and i cant afford to lay in the bed rolling around pain. I must go on for there is no other path to take
