But you you know what's really weird/maybe interesting about this? It's exactly the sort of thing that'd turn people away from GMO's and actually MAYBE make them sit up and do something---sad but true. No grownup wants to be so, uhm, reduced.... What could be worse than being 'unsexy'?

But of course it's just as likely that people who've always hated salad, and "rabbit food" will find a good reason to keep on avoiding it.
