I started with 1 tbs apple cidar vinegar with a pinch of baking soda
Felt great, energy etc, After 1 week got a bad yeast infection
Can this be from acv? Should I continue with the acv ? Any way to get
Rid if the yeast infection quickly? Also started my period 4 days early??
