The last set of 3 X 3: I should have put

0 0 0 0
4 4 4 0
4 4 4 0
4 4 4 0

The 4 sets of 3 X 3 are in the upper right, upper left, lower right, and the last one LOWER LEFT; I had two lower rights by mistake!
