p.s.--I like your inclusion of the word "heroines"

--I meant the word "heros" to be genderless. When I was a kid, "actors" were male and "actresses" female. Now I hear the use of the word "actor", especially by young people, being used for anyone of that profession no matter the sex of the person.

So, I meant the word "hero" in the same context.
