Stonyfield Farm has a "IWillKnowMyFood.com" website, yet if you want to know a bit more about their ingredients (Dutch process chocolate?) you get this reply from "CRelations@stonyfield.com":

able to share the exact components of many of our ingredients because they are proprietary to our suppliers.
