Hooray, Hooray for healing clay! My level of pain is at a 1, thanks to my friend's healing powers and healing clay. Significant decrease in swelling due to the coolness sensualness of the clay and constant dosing of Arnica pellets.

I can safely say I am comfortable.

The End.

My pain this morning now is a huge contrast to this morning around 6 am. The pain was at at 7 or 8 waking me up. I had no choice but to swallow an oxycodone so I could get back to sleep.

The ankle doesn't have much to say now except that if heals good.
