Hydrotherapy is to me one of the most effective ways of treating diseases and the good thing is is non toxic and if done right it can produce marvelous results. The first time I really appreciated the benefits was when I was struggling with flu and no conventional medicine was assisting me. I tried Dr Schulze suggestion for hot and cold showers. I did it more than the recommended seven times and for the first time I had a peaceful sleep and no coughs when a few minutes before that i was coughing like crazy.
