  It is good that you are achieving your weight lose goal...

  But the statement by Stendhal :  "man is not free to refuse to do the thing which gives him more pleasure than any conceivable action."  is false; because first we (you) can always refuse to do anything, plus since this pleasure is more than any conceivable action it exceeds the realm of possibility (not possible because there is always the impossible in our life)!

 Other than the statement, keep up your good work...
