I get some death stares when I wear my turbans. After about two years, I've stopped getting the death stares because word got around I wasn't a muslim because they saw me in church. I was made to take OFF my headcovering for a class picture. I wasn't so ballsy then but I'd NEVER take off my headwrap for anyone again.
