Thanks for all your advice, it does really help reading more into it and knowing what to expect, unfortunately I've had to break the fast this evening but I'm confident I will eventually get to my 14 days!:) You seem to be doing great with your juice fast-day 6 is impressive to a first timer like me. Good luck with the rest of your fast!
