Hi there Enchanted Gardner,
The way to stop your coffin, is to stick to the diet God gave us in the first book of Moses-

Fruit, veggies, sunflower seeds, nuts, dried fruit and berries, pumpkin seeds especially.

And -meat-. When we lost the protective layers the earth had before the flood, we lost our main protection against the gamma rays of the sun, which screws with our genetics. God gave us meat to eat after, because it's the best source for our regeneration of every tissue in our body. See wikipedia on IGF1, and then Wikipedia on Vitamin D, and then Wikipedia on the Solar Cycle.

A high-carbohydrate diet robs us of the D3 our body produces in the sun. If you're not out in it with at least 60% of your skin exposed every day, your levels will be low. Low D3 levels in the blood and fluctuating levels create cellular damage and hurt many processes in the brain, inner organs, skeletal system, and tissues everywhere. It's the unlocking key to the regeneration of the body.

Without the meat intake, our bodies can't regenerate. And eating 60-80% carbs like almost all the world's societies do here, our D3 levels are depleted heavily each day, because D3 is used to create fat from simple carbs. Breads are made out of birdfood- grains.

The ideal is 40% meat, 30% good fats from olive oil and non-grain-fed critters, and 30% carb from all your garden goods.

See vitamindcouncil.org to see reccomended doses and research. The latest american case studies have reported renal and tissue damage at dosages higher than 4,000 iu / 1,000 mcg, but they were evaluating a population on the 60-80% grain diet, with almost all grain-fed animals, and grain fed eggs, etc.

The results talk for themselves. If you up your metabolisim with D3 you will up your healing processes, but without the protien, you'll break down tissues faster and hurt the kidneys while they sort out that damage.

With your gardening and what I can see from your profile, you've probably got great sun exposure, but you wrote.. so I answered. I will pray for you and your home!

God bless,
-illys
