Hi Sacristia,

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy reading your health journey story. You have brought up some things that have encouraged me in my own journey towards health. I'm sure there are many others encouraged by your posts. You may be aware of this already, but you are also blogging your spiritual health journey as well. I have even a greater interest in this. We humans were made out of dirt. This is something I ponder as I try to figure us out. I fell away from my own relationship with our Lord and lived as an agnostic for years. Sometimes when I think I have that all figured out, I start wondering again if I really do. Then I realize where I came from. Things have really changed in my life from those old days. Now, my relationship with Him and pleasing Him is all that I live for. It truly brings me joy unspeakable. At the same time, I have stress in my life that I think is robbing me of all it could be with Him. Then I wonder, is it really? There is so much we don't understand. It's awesome to get to the spiritual place, where we put such trust in Him, that we don't even worry about our situation in this world. We just relax, smile and watch with excitement how He works in these stressful situations, because we know it is all in His hands. Sometimes these stressful situations can be very interesting and fun when we see His hand at work in it all. He has never let me down. He will not let you down either when you give it all to Him.
