The negative is completely safe if you are only running at a positive offset. That was the instruction in the original blog post. Positive offset but using the neg wire, not the pos wire.
The reason for this is because when running at a positive offset, there is technically no electrical movement in the negative side. It's supposed to stay stuck at zero. But Orgone/Scalar waves are not electrical or magnetic in nature - they still get transmitted through the negative wire.
