I have been in the aloe vera and health industry for some 30 years. As with the author, I am unaware of any research done on the use of aloe vera juice for kidney stones. For more information on the benefits of aloe vera juice see http://www.aloe-vera.org I do know that one of the best ways to avoid kidney stones in the first place is to avoid carbonated drinks (ie: sodas) at all costs. And, of course, drink plenty of water on a daily basis to keep your system "flushed." To my knowledge, aloe vera does nothing to help to prevent kidney stones.
