Question for you, hopefully you are still monitoring this.
Recently I had to take a course of antibiotics for an abscessed tooth.
They gave me Clindamycin which has basically killed EVERYTHING good and bad in my system.
The result is that even being off the antibiotic for several days and taking probiotics I am doing a darn good impression of Old Faithful every hour or so.
Typically I am regular to super-regular (two to three very productive BMs a day).
I am seeing incompletely digested food that I have not eaten for 10 plus days, corn is one example. sorry to be explicit.
What my question is about doing the Master Cleanse and the Salt Water Flush. In my current condition I was wondering the following:
1) should I wait until things "dry up"?
2) is this a good time to plan the MC?
3) if i did the SWF for say two or three days (in my current condition) prior to starting the MC and eating normally until I begin the MC, would that have any negative effects I should anticipate?
My work schedule is such that I mostly work at home M-F but on Sat and Sun I have to be outside the home (in an office) for 8 to 10 hours and cannot be spending my time in the bathroom.
So what I was thinking is that say starting Saturday I would do the SWF and eat Normally, repeating Sunday.
Monday I would start the MC and SWF which will keep me away from other peoples food temptations for 5 days to get used to the Fasting/Hunger aspect.
I was planning a 10 Fast for my first MC, just because I think that is reasonable goal that I can hopefully reach.
To add to this I am doing Oil Pulling for my gums and teeth cleanse and for that I am using Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Will the EVCO affect the MC in any way?
Thanks for any guidance you can offer
Mike
