Re: the 12 hrs/mo for "outside cleaning" that we now pay. Is that at the rate of $20./hr? Are we therefor paying $240/mo?

The "standard of upkeep and deep cleaning" needs some conversation.

The proposed: "12 to 15 hrs. per person" needs a little more clarity; etc.
