"Anastasia describes the way we can "inform" a seed with information about our individual health needs and thereby get specific support from the plant grown for this purpose. We are to "instruct" it by way of our DNA, our personal energy, and our body emanations. ...

* ... get some (organic) seeds of a vegetable, herb or fruit which you would enjoy eating once it matures (... tomatoes, peas, melons, parsley?) ... Besides the seeds, you will need either a garden plot of some sort, or an outdoor-planter or at least a window pot and some potting-soil.

* Before planting, put into your mouth a number of seeds and hold them, best under the tongue, for at least nine minutes. Rather use too many than too few. If you have beans or corn, they can be a proverbial "mouthful" for nine minutes - during which time you will be unable to say much of anything :o which is good, because you are busy with a holy process - informing the seeds with your DNA.

* After that, place the seeds between the palms of your hands and hold them there for about thirty seconds. During this time it will be very helpful to stand barefoot on the spot of earth where you will be planting it later. Or, what I have done with city-dwellers preparing window-pots, put some potting soil on some newspaper and step with your naked feet upon it, so that (remember the popular detox foot-pads seen on TV?) the seeds' intelligence will come in contact with your health challenges on the level of excretions as well, right through the soil in which it will grow.

* Then, open your hands, raise the seeds which you are holding to your mouth, "blow on them lightly, awakening them with your breath, and these blessed seeds will know everything that is within you," Vladimir tells us as he heard it from Anastasia.

* After that, you need to hold them with your open hands for another thirty seconds while presenting them to the celestial bodies which will inform the seeds with further information about its proper time of awakening and other guidance so as to produce fruit - or green growth - especially for you and to heal any dis-eases from which you may be suffering.

* Thereafter, you can plant the seeds into the ground, but do NOT water them right away so as not to wash away the DNA via your saliva which is now covering them, along with other information about you that the seeds will be busy taking in. It can be watered after three days."
