The warehouse system buys lettuce from large growers,
ships it to a warehouse, or pre-packages it.

I the eyes of nature, lettuce of this kind is already
on the way to the compost pile.

Reconsider your support of Food Safety Laws that want
to create more stress in the lives of local, organic farmers.
