People sell kefir in healthfood stores thats not true kefir. If you go to the first link that i sent you you will see a picture of kefir grains. This is what you need. Its great because all you need to do is buy milk and put the kefir grains in the milk and in 12 hours you have kefir. Its very inexpensive to make. Someone in the healthfood store might know of someone that has kefir grains. Once you find someone with a start you will be set for life unless they accidentally get washed down the sink or the cat eats them. Let me know if i can help in anyway. I know how miserable it can be to have an eating disorder.
