Hi Kelley,

I tried something different today just to see if it was palatable. I took two homegrown medium habaneros and ground them with two peeled garlic cloves in my $19 Cuisinart Coffee Grinder. Instead of spreading it on buttered Ezekial Bread, I scraped it out of the grinder into a glass and poured a 5.5 ounce can of vegetable juice into the glass, stirred it and drank it quickly.

First, it went down easily and the initial burn is less than when I have the buttered bread and habs. A few deep breaths later it is very manageable. Right now I am about 8 minutes past drinking it and it is just warm to the mouth and lips. Nothing serious at all. I have not rinsed my mouth out yet and in fact am drinking an expresso as I type.

All of this experimentation is because we Americans are too lazy to grind up peppers and garlic and spread it on bread every day to cure our cancer. Really, no lie. We want a pill or surgery don't we?

I had my 6 month cancer appointment last friday. All clear. No malignancy present. He wants to see me again in one year and has me scheduled for blood tests in March of 2010. PSA, Free PSA and Sed Rate scores are all normal now.

Being a cancer and urology specialist, I was surprised that and he had never heard that a normal Sed Rate Score relates to No Cancer In Body, so I am researching that right now. Everything I read about Sed Rate Tests indicates that a high score can indicate the presence of cancer. I need to find out if a low or normal (less than 20) precludes the possibility of cancer being present.
