The day is almost over and juicing right along. My better half was a little annoyed today to say the least. I always say drink more juice. One thing about juicing is all your emotions are on display for about the first 7-10 days of the juice fast. Sometime it best to settle into a nice comfortable place and enjoy the day, maybe read a book. Just enjoy life. So much of our life is centered around food. We take for granted the peace we get from being still. Be still and enjoy the peace.
