Yeah, honey is good stuff. Locally produced organic honey would be my choice - as it is healthier still and also elps cut down allergies.  My morning cup of coffee is sweetened with a bit of local honey and a bit of blackstrap molasses.  That along with some locally produced organic goat's milk and a dash of cinnamon and drop of vanilla extract make for a tasty treat to start the day with.
