Sorry, I haven't been on the site for a while.

In answer to your question about Cascade PRP therapy, it looks like one of a growing number of providers of PRP.

'free of foreign materials' may be one of those made up selling points.

It -better- be free of foreign material.

I'm not a research scientist, but the process just isn't that complex. They basically take your blood, centrifuge it to get a particular part of the blood, take a syringe and suck that part up, then inject it into the painful spot on the tendon.

If they're getting foreign material in there, there's doing something horribly horribly wrong.

Should you get PRP? Sure, why not. If you can afford it, there's no reason not too.

The only potential downside as a Tendonitis treatment, is that while it may help the actual tendon heal, it doesn't do much for the dynamic that made/allowed the tendon to get injured in the first place.

For instance, you need to reverse the Pain Causing Dynamic. http://www.tendonitisexpert.com/pain-causing-dynamic.html

Sorry for the delay getting back to you about this. I'll start checking in regularly again.
