Hard to believe that after 45 days your tongue hasn't begun to clear up - which means your body is still toxic.
Even if you don't fast to completion, the amount of healing work your body has accomplished must be immense. You may consider doing fasting in steps - fasting again when you have returned to your normal weight and replenished your body's reserves. Also, it may be a good idea to research other types of fasting. For example, urine fasting may be a superior method.
