watch out for white tantra it is dangerous as is yogi bajhan. in 2006 i was sent out to espanola to be on the set up crew of the annual summersolstice yoga convention. there i was involved with white tantra. this tantra digs so deeply into the subconscious that afterwards i was virtually overcome with sucicidal thinking. i was near a nervous breakdown and living with members of 3HO in atlanta i tried to get help from a psycologist who was studying there at the same time because i was frightened and scared. i got really punished and hollered at by the teacher. the whole thing is really wierd. yogi bajhan claimed he was visited by GURU RAM DAS as he lived in the GOLDEN TEMPLE and he claimed that the GURU TAUGHT HIM KUNDALINI YOGA this is in spite of the fact that GURU GOBINDH SING proclaimed that after him there will not be a living guru to succeed him as he turned over the guruship to the holy book GURU GRANTH SAHIB. and it the book will be the guru for all SIKHS for all time. my question is and also let me say that the holy book says that GOD cannot be found through the practice of yoga---(GURU NANAK) why would a man obviously knowing what the book says make such a claim without being a boldfaced liar. i say he is a liar and i found the people to be standoffish and cliquish and so forth. so watch and avoid especially white tantra. it will stir up things in you which you will not be able to handle.
