Sorry that happened to you. I have LBB and have done precleansing. The OJ fast is a good fast but like you said there may be toxins you did not know about. Even if we eat right the envoirment is so polluted everywhere in the world. You can eat right and still have tons of toxins as I have found out. I am glad you are on the mend! Don't give up on fasting!
