Absolutely!! I would hire you as CEO if I had a corporate empire. In fact, I might do exactly as you suggest.

This guy is a "paranoid-schizophrenic", a real one, diagnosed. When these types feel cornered, they tend to attack. He would probably overpower me, but what they heck, I am not afraid of a little pain. #3 in your reply is what would likely happen, and the mess would include my body.

One problem is that if I have to hurt him because he is trying to kill me, the police and justice system will side with him, because of his disability. The other "p-s" here attacked me with a hammer last summer when I stood up to him - about noise - , and the police refused to file charges [but they did talk with him several times, and the guy kept to himself since then].

In fact, I think I WILL do exactly what you said if he starts making noise again [he has been silent since that day]. Otherwise, I will just feel like a worm, we have to stand up for ourselves.
