  Have to disagree in that it is not Obama's money, maybe we need to look what the office of President is...   It is a service and duty to the people of the United States; because as President either He or She serves the nation...  As President Harry S Truman; said the office of the President be longs to the people...  

 Therefore the money belongs to the people, and as President along with the Congress their duty is serve the needs of the people...  Unfortunately it seems that this present group of elected representers do not understand that principle very well...  

Where does the money come from; the answer is from THE PEOPLE!  This makes it a responsiblity of those government representives to not waste the people's resources...

If you look at what has been planned and put into action, you must in all honesty say why all the waste of the people's money...   Thanks for your view!
