Sara, I've been here every day, reading yours and other forums too.
Sorry to hera and read about the troubles over there. Sorry you're not feeling so well.
We've had very smokey Melbourne air for this week, so I understand about your headache. I've suffered the same, just opening my mouth, I gulped a fair bit of smoke. HOpefully, it will get better for both of us.
