Almond oil is listed as one of the ingredients in vaccine carriers or adjuvants. Vaccine carriers or adjuvants do not need to have the ingredients listed on the paper insert.

Since almond and peanut oil are highly refined, they are considered GRAS and not necessary to list as an ingredient in a vaccine.

If you search on vaccine patents, you will find this to be the case.
