i tried your meditation technique (awakening 1), today for the first time and i didnt feel a pressure or sensation in my jaw. can you please tell me on what i might be doing wrong. i thought i should notice some kind of difference.

i'm taking white powder gold at the moment to speed things up to awaken my psychic abilities.
